Bookings for Stamcamp 2023 are OPEN.
The dates for the event are Friday 28 April, 1900 – 1pm Monday 1 May 2023, 1300. I am delighted to let you know that the camp will be at Burghley Park, Stamford and promises to be a fantastic event.
The booking forms are below. Bookings close on 28 February 2023. Bookings are open to Scout and Guide groups both from within Stamford and Bourne and from other districts outside Stamford and Bourne.

Each participant will need to complete an activity permission form and the details are here. This is not due until 31 March 2023. Stamcamp activity permission form
A few notes regarding the booking process.
- Non-refundable deposits MUST accompany this form for your booking to be accepted.
- Bookings will only be taken with the details of your craft activity from your group
- Cheques should be made payable to Stamford and Bourne District Scout Council.
- Forms and payments needs to be returned to: "Stamcamp". 5 Rutland Close, South Witham, Grantham, Lincs, NG33 5QA".

- Costs -
- £45 Stamford & Bourne Scout/Guide. Deposit amount MUST be at least £25 and booked by 28/2/23.
- £50 Other Scout/Guide. Deposit amount MUST be at least £25 and booked by 28/2/23.
- £7 Adult Leaders (Over 18) and Young Leaders (not participating in activities) attending.
- £10 Leaders children 6-10, over 11 then book as scout / guide.
- £0 Leaders children - If aged 5 or under.
- Food for those not camping with groups £15 per person, Child £10 per person

31st March 2023 – Full balance must be paid.
