Booking for STAMCAMP 24 are now open
Bookings for Stamcamp 2024 are now OPEN.
The dates for the event are Friday 3 May, 1900 – 1pm Monday 6 May 2024, 1300. I am delighted to let you know that the camp will be at Burghley Park, Stamford and promises to be a fantastic event.
Bookings close on 28 February 2024. Bookings are open to Scout and Guide groups both from within Stamford and Bourne and from other districts outside Stamford and Bourne.

Each participant will need to complete an activity permission form and the details are here. You will need to bring these form with you and hand a copy to the admin team.
You will also need to complete a register of permissions and this will need to be with me by 31 March 2024
A few notes regarding the booking process.
- Non-refundable deposits MUST accompany this form for your booking to be accepted.
- Bookings will only be taken with the details of your craft activity from your group
- Cheques should be made payable to Stamford and Bourne District Scout Council.
- Forms and payments needs to be returned to: "Stamcamp". 5 Rutland Close, South Witham, Grantham, Lincs, NG33 5QA" or to howard.nelson@lincolnshirescouts.org.uk.

- Costs -
- £50 Stamford & Bourne Scout/Guide. Deposit amount MUST be at least £25 and booked by 28/2/2024.
- £60 Other Scout/Guide. Deposit amount MUST be at least £25 and booked by 28/2/2024.
- Food for those not camping with groups £20 per person, Child £15 per person

31st March 2024 – Full balance must be paid.
